Rental Rates

Please send your details through the 'Enquiries & Bookings' page and we will happily provide a quotation for your stay.

RATES INCLUDE:

• Use of all facilities described
• Bed linens / towels
• Weekly pool cleaning
• Wi-Fi 
• State & County taxes @ 12%

RATES EXCLUDE:

• Pool heating during winter months - £5 per day 
• End-of-stay cleaning/maintenance fee - £100 this is charged back by the Property Management Team

Payment Schedule (effective 23/05/2020)

• A 10 % deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 4 weeks prior to the rental start date
• If you are booking within 4 weeks of the rental start date, the full payment will be required at the time of booking
• Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer
• A security deposit of £200 is also required when the balance payment is paid. This will be returned once the property has been checked through after your departure
• Full details are included in the Booking Form and Contract which will be emailed for your review and completion.
